Siefert & Associates charges a flat fee of 10 % of the first years base and that's it, simple and straight forward.  We will never ask for an up front retainer, we are a contingency search firm, which means if we do not do our job right the first time we don't get paid.  Therefore, TIME IS MONEY to us!

Our candidates are gold to us and will be treated with the professional respect that they deserve.  We will listen to goals, needs and problems and make the referrals to client firms right, we will not waste your time.
